What can we learn from Ladybugs?

Ladybugs are always a nice surprise to find in nature. As a child I alway thought seeing a Ladybug was a sign of good luck! Ladybugs remind us that there are miracles around us and we can trust we are supported, loved and that all we need is already within us. When we learn to go within instead of seeking comfort from outside things, we discover own inner power and security that is always there. Cultivating our inner connection can help us to become more grounded and empowered to help others.

Inner Healing with Art

Art is a powerful tool to bring healing. If you are feeling worried, stressed, anxious or any other emotions, know that it is ok to feel those feelings. Allowing ourselves to feel our emotions will help us to learn to let go of judgments and allow those feelings to move through rather than become stuck or buried deeper within our bodies. Unacknowledged emotions can cause many health and emotional problems if not properly released. Luckily, we can help move stuck emotions with physical exercise,

singing, writing, dancing and art!
